Maria DeJesus Diaz Arce, 59, of Peoria, passed away at 11:58 p.m. on Thursday, July 28, 2011, at her daughter's home in Peoria.
A private viewing was held for the family from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2011, at Clary Funeral Home, 428 West McClure Avenue in Peoria. A private graveside service was held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2011, at Mount Hawley Cemetery in Peoria, with Pastor Eliseo Duran officiating.
Maria was born in Guerrero, Mexico on August 10, 1951, a daughter of Jesus and Felipe (Arce) Diaz.
She was a Crew Trainer for McDonald's in Peoria, from 2002 until the time of her death.
Maria was a member of Light of the World Church in Chicago.
